Delivery

When shopping with us we dispatch the day after you place your order. If for any reason there is a delay, we will advise you immediately by email.

Delivery within the UK

We currently offer 2 options for delivery. 1st Class delivery is our standard service and will be dispatched within 48 hours of order, to arrive the following day. Special delivery is also available for next working day guaranteed e.g. orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday, orders placed on by 1pm Monday – Thursday will arrive the following day.

Overseas deliveries

We currently deliver to overseas destinations using airsure which is a trackable service that takes 2 days. Price is by weight. You will be liable for any additional customs charges incurred as these are not calculated or included in the costs of your order.

Returns

We are happy to provide a refund within 28 days of purchase. Products must be in a saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. We will also refund delivery charges if we have supplied a faulty or incorrect item.

How to return products

Please email us via the contact us page  and let us know the reason for the return. We will send you a returns form, which must be returned with the product for a refund and will also provide you with the return address.

Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the item. Please make sure you get a proof of postage when you send it to us, and keep it until your refund has received.
